"Delivery Issues"
I get that the holiday season can be a hectic time for shipping, but this whole situation has led me to write a review about my not-so-great experience. I reached out through both phone and email for a delivery update, but I’ve heard nothing back. I ordered this on December 14th to surprise my partner with a new family addition. The postage was supposed to be first class, and it was marked for delivery on Monday the 19th. Instead, I ended up having to buy a tag from somewhere else at double the cost of what I originally paid. So, yeah, I'm pretty let down by this service, especially with no clear communication or resolution to the problem.
